Website Terms
Please read these Terms and any other terms of use posted on the Website as together they form our Website Terms governing your utilisation of our Website and Website services (including the Website Call Centre and Mobile application). We may change these Website Terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the updated Website Terms on the Website, so please be sure to check regularly for updates. When you place an Order through our Website, you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Website Terms then posted on our Website. If a change in law means that we have to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. In all other cases, the version posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.
When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.
Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.
Please note that the orders are subjected to availability and stock position, Colours might be slightly different in reality.

Installation and fixing are not included and you can request them separately in the special requests section, or you can contact us to know more.
Prices on the Website are displayed in AED, and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.
Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes and duties apply (if any). Please refer to our Delivery section for further details on delivery options.
Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our Website and in our communications are correct, errors may occur. If any errors occur you can contact us.
Vat of 5% is not included in the price and will be added once you checkout.
We deliver across UAE with the following terms:
- Furniture:
- Free delivery in Sharjah & Dubai, Delivery fee of 500 AED for the other Emirates.
- Delivery will be done within 2 days from the order date.
- Team will contact you to schedule the delivery time.
- Deliveries are subjected to Delays based on the holidays & Stocks.
- Wallcovering:
- Free delivery in Sharjah & Dubai, Delivery fee of 50 AED for the other Emirates.
- Delivery will be done within 2 days from the order date.
- Team will contact you to schedule the delivery time.
- Deliveries are subjected to Delays based on the holidays & Stocks
- Flooring:
- Free delivery in Sharjah & Dubai, Delivery fee of 500 AED for the other Emirates.
- Delivery will be done within 7 days from the order date.
- Team will contact you to schedule the delivery time.
- Deliveries are subjected to Delays based on the holidays & Stocks.

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section and the specialized team check, we offer free returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any the following reasons up to 14 days from delivery of your Order.
Returns:
- Item can be returned if the color is wrong or wrong item was delivered.
- Item can be returned if the item got any factory defect, items was damaged during installation or delivering.
- Flooring items can not be returned once the box is opened.
- Wallcovering items can not be returned once the roll is opened.
Exchange:
- All items can be exchanged if they are new, unused and not damaged.
Full amount paid will be refunded including the delivery charges if the item was delivered wrong, if the items got any factory defect, if the item is damaged during delivery.
Full amount paid will be refunded you wish to cancel the order before delivering.
- Installation not included in the item price and will be decided by our specialized team after the site visit.
- Installation will be done by our specialized team once the request is done.
- Our representative will contact you to schedule the site visit.
