Once you have completed your selection click on ‘buy now’ (or alternatively you can choose to checkout). If you have already signed up for a MessaraLiving account you simply enter your payment details and complete the order. If you are a new user then you can choose to set up an account by setting a password once you have placed your first order. Once you have continued to the payment method screen, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

All product prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates, Dirham) and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to prices the we have previously sold the same product.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We are able to deliver to most countries. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made.

Please contact us for details on our delivery charges. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.

Hopefully you should never receive a faulty item, but if you believe something isn’t quite up to scratch then of course you may return it.

Simply visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it. We will reply with instructions and address details for returning the product. This will ensure that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if necessary refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock.

INSPECT all pieces upon receiving for any damage. If you notice significant damage to your order, please contact us right away and we will work towards a resolution. Any damage claims after 12 hours will not be accepted.

Yes, as per UAE law a 5% VAT will be charge.

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from us, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. However, sometimes things don’t go to plan and we understand that people change their minds. If necessary, you can cancel your full order with us at any time up to 3 days after the day of delivery for a refund of your products minus 35% restocking fee. If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly or unable to process. If you wish to cancel your order within the 3 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office.
